Harsimran Kaur, Co founder & Managing Director of WZATCO.

Harsimran Kaur is an entrepreneur focused on advancing projection technology, advocating immersive viewing experiences while working to make high-quality, innovative display solutions more accessible to wider audiences.
As a woman entrepreneur shaping India’s digital future, what drives your passion for tech?
As a woman entrepreneur shaping India’s digital future, my passion for technology is deeply rooted in building strong systems and structured processes. I believe technology is most powerful when it brings clarity, efficiency, and organization to complex operations. When systems are thoughtfully designed and consistently followed, scalability becomes smooth and sustainable. That excites me—the ability to create frameworks that allow teams and businesses to grow without chaos. For me, tech is not just innovation; it’s about building organized foundations that enable long-term impact and confident expansion. Technology, when made accessible and affordable, doesn’t just solve problems; it creates opportunity as well as scalability. It enables inclusion, bridges gaps, and empowers people to dream bigger.
How do you intend to build the services/expertise of WZATCO to strengthen India’s tech capabilities?
At WZATCO, our vision is to contribute meaningfully to India’s technological growth by continuously upgrading our expertise and service standards. We plan to deepen our focus on product innovation, invest in skilled engineering talent, and adopt emerging technologies that suit Indian market needs.
Strengthening our after-sales ecosystem and technical training programs remains a priority to ensure reliability and trust. By making advanced projection technology accessible and dependable, we aim to support digital transformation across classrooms, offices, and homes throughout the country.
On Women’s Day, what is the one change you hope to see in larger tech landscape that will empower future women leaders?
On Women’s Day, I hope to see a tech ecosystem where inclusion is so deeply normalized that we no longer need separate conversations about women’s empowerment. Leadership opportunities, funding access, and technical roles should naturally reflect diverse talent without special labels or initiatives. When merit, capability, and ambition alone define growth, representation becomes organic rather than intentional. The true milestone will be when women leading startups, engineering teams, and boardrooms is simply standard practice—not a headline or a panel discussion topic.
