She talks about the emotional blockages, lifestyle disbalance, and mindfulness approaches that can be applied by women to reconnect with their bodies and achieve the natural levels of hormonal balance.

To know more about practical wellness approaches that help women’s improve overall health, read the following interview.

Having supported 8,000+ women, you’ve seen countless hidden struggles faced by women. What are some common challenges that a majority of Indian women battle these days?

One of the main issues I see today is that women are no longer connected to their bodies. I realized this much later in my own life too. When a woman truly establishes that connection, everything changes, whether it’s enhancing fertility or bringing periods back into balance.

We live in a world that’s constantly rushing, and our bodies are stuck battling stress every single day. We don’t pause to allow our hormones to rebalance. Most women are simply living in a woman’s body, but not living with it. Our body is brilliant; it gives us signs and signals long before a health issue arises. Unfortunately, because we’re so disconnected, we miss those messages. I truly believe that healing begins the moment we start listening.

Many women silently battle irregular periods, PCOD, or fertility struggles. From your own lived experience, what is the very first emotional block women need to address before healing?

From my experience, both personal and through supporting thousands of women, there are two major emotional patterns that come up repeatedly.

The first is suppression. Many women suppress anger and their true emotions because they have been conditioned to be good, stay calm, not talk back, or avoid creating a scene.

In holistic healing and psychosomatics, we observe that unexpressed anger causes liver stagnation, which disrupts hormone health. This often manifests as estrogen dominance, thyroid imbalances, painful periods, or PCOD.

The second pattern is self-devaluation, particularly in women facing fertility issues. When a woman starts to feel as if her body is letting her down, or when society and even family members place the entire burden of conception on her shoulders, her nervous system enters a state of deep stress. Her body then begins to carry that blame and shame, which affects hormones, ovulation, and overall vitality.

For women with PCOD, I’ve consistently observed certain traits - they are high achievers, push themselves to be perfect, and they might also perform well under pressure. Some find it hard to let go, often struggling with perfectionism. This constant drive keeps testosterone levels high until the body crashes into adrenal fatigue. We need to create safe ways for them to release suppressed emotions through bodywork, journaling, and gentle practices. When stress and stagnation are released, the body naturally rebalances.

When women feel that their body has failed them, shame and guilt often handle. How do you help them move this inner narrative towards compassion and possibility?

Many women come to me feeling like their bodies have failed them. They carry shame, guilt, and a quiet sense of what's wrong with me?

The first thing I tell them is this: This is not your fault. Your body isn’t broken. It’s simply asking for support, love, and a different way of being.

When a woman feels truly heard and validated, something magical happens. Her entire perspective shifts. She begins to see her symptoms not as punishments, but as messages.

Often, during consultations, I’ve sensed that what a woman needs most isn’t a protocol; it’s a safe space to cry, release, and just be herself. Sometimes it's also grief, things that they weren’t able to receive or live a life like they wanted. Once that space is created, healing begins. From there, we gently introduce tools like Bach flower remedies to help her move through emotions, alongside physical practices for the body. This combination of emotional release plus body support creates a powerful transformation.

Food and nutrition may feel heavy for women dealing with hormonal chaos. What simple but powerful nutritional practices have seen constantly changing cycles and fertility changing?

With so much information online, nutrition can feel overwhelming. But honestly, the most powerful thing you can do is go back to the basics. Start your morning with a glass of

lukewarm water to gently wake up digestion. For women, black raisins are a true gift; they help build iron levels, reduce period pain, and nourish the body deeply. I’ve had clients who’ve suffered from period pain for 16 years, and by making a few key changes, they finally experienced pain-free cycles. Period pain is not normal. A little discomfort can happen, but pain so intense that it stops you from living your life is your body asking for help. Other key practices include avoiding heavy meals and empty calories after sunset, focusing on nutrient- rich traditional foods instead of packaged, processed items. Most importantly, cycle sync your lifestyle.

Our menstrual cycle has four distinct phases, each with unique hormonal changes. Your mood, productivity, social energy, and nutritional requirements all vary throughout the month. When you coordinate your work, workouts, and self-care with these phases, you prevent burnout and work in harmony with your body instead of against it.

You often speak about emotional release and body wisdom. Can you explain how tuning into emotions unlocks deeper healing for period pain, fertility blocks, or exhaustion?

Every symptom your body shows - period pain, fertility struggles, chronic fatigue has an emotional layer too. When we ignore our feelings, they don’t disappear. Instead, they get stored in the body as tension, stagnation, or even physical pain.

For example, unspoken anger often resides in the liver, manifesting as PMS, mood swings, or hormonal imbalance. Deep sadness and grief can settle in the lungs, causing fatigue and a weakened immune system. Fear and anxiety frequently lodge in the kidneys and adrenals, leading to exhaustion and burnout. When women begin to connect with their emotions through breathwork, journaling, movement, and practices like EFT, they often notice that their physical symptoms start to diminish. This is why I always say, the first step to healing is always connecting with your own body.

If a woman feels tired, disappointing, and uncertain to hear where to start, what is a practical, heart-centered step can take her to start her treatment today?

If you’re feeling tired, overwhelmed, and don’t even know where to begin, here’s my advice: start by connecting with your body. One powerful tool I recommend to every woman is the

Fertility Awareness Method (FAM). And no, this is not just for women who are trying to conceive. FAM helps you to understand your ovulation and cycle patterns, plan or prevent pregnancy naturally. This session has helped 300+ couples become parents. It also helps you to understand how your hormones are shifting each month. Rebuild trust with your body.

I teach this as a 5-hour masterclass, and honestly, it’s a skill that supports a woman for her entire life. Once you start to truly understand your body, you’ll never feel disconnected again. This gives you the strength and courage to ask questions & make the right decisions.

What are some practical, proactive steps that busy working women can take to strengthen their health and wellness?

For working women juggling careers, families, and personal dreams, here are a few simple yet powerful steps. Cycle sync your life - align tasks, workouts, and social plans with your menstrual phases. Priorities deep rest, aiming for 7–8 hours of uninterrupted sleep to reset hormones. Practice 10 minutes of body connection daily, such as breathwork and stretching. Eat with intention by choosing whole, traditional, and seasonal foods that genuinely nourish you. Release stress gently through journaling, walking, dancing, or simply crying when needed. Allow yourself to feel the emotions. Small, consistent actions are more powerful than a single big change.
