The biggest cricket tournament of 2024, TATA Women’s Premier League (WPL) is all set to begin from 23 February. The inaugural season of WPL resulted to be a blast for cricket enthusiasts across India and internationally; the second season is all geared to create the ‘cricket magic’ again.
WPL is managed by the Board of Control for Cricket (BCCI) and will be a five-team tournament with 20 league matches leading to the semi-finals & finals. It is a great platform for women cricket players to showcase their talent to the rest of the world. Renowned female cricket players from all around the world have been selected to compete in this mega tournament.
The Women's Premier League 2024 will be held in Bengaluru and Delhi from February 23 to March 17..., featuring five teams including Mumbai Indians, Delhi Capitals, Gujarat Giants, Royal Challengers Bangalore, and UP Warriorz. Teams will play round-robin games in the league stage, with the top-placed teams advancing to the final match.
