Most Crucial Learning in 2025: Despite Tech Disruptions, Education Still Rooted in Human Experience

2025 reminded me that even as tools, technology, and AI race ahead, the heart of education remains unchanged. It stays rooted in human experience. This year reinforced that children learn best when their days are filled with curiosity, discovery, warmth, and a sense of belonging. Meaningful experiences - whether through open-ended play, nature, or simple everyday interactions- continue to shape the strongest learning outcomes. Besides, it emphasised nurturing emotional intelligence and collaborative competencies across learning environments. Thus, it became clear that while innovation will support us, relationships, values, and hands-on exploration will always remain the core drivers of lifelong learning and authentic growth.

Founder Vision for 2026: Render Thoughtful Learning

In 2026, my vision is to grow Eklavya in a way that deepens the richness and intentionality of every experience we create for children. We want to offer learning that is thoughtful, layered, and rooted in real-world exploration, ensuring every child feels seen, emotionally safe, and encouraged to express themselves. We also want to deepen our focus on wellbeing, ensuring kids connect with communities and everyday realities, helping them build perspective, empathy, and a sense of responsibility early on. The goal is to nurture grounded, capable, and compassionate nation builders by expanding opportunities that ignite curiosity, strengthen character, and instill essential life skills.
