Founder Vision 2026: Women Entrepreneurs on New Moves in New Year

Most Crucial Learning in 2025: Reset, Refocus & Continue
My biggest learning of 2025 has been understanding resilience in its truest form.
There are hard days, and then there are very hard days, the kind that make me feel like quitting. Days when the stress overwhelms me, and tears feel inevitable. What I’ve learned, through experience, is that sometimes the bravest thing I can do is pause, sleep it over, and show up again the next day.
Life hasn’t always moved according to my plans or expectations. Even on imperfect days, giving my hundred percent has mattered more than waiting for ideal circumstances.
I’ve also learned the importance of accepting what I cannot change, improving what I can, and moving forward without carrying unnecessary emotional weight. This shift in mindset has been critical in protecting my mental well-being while continuing to grow as a woman and as an entrepreneur.
The ability to reset, refocus, and continue has become my most powerful learning and strength of 2025.
Founder Vision for 2026: Bring More Women into Product Development & Design
My vision for 2026 is deeply tied to how we build at ButtonShift.
One of my key priorities is to bring more women into product development and design. As we prepare to launch our iOS and Android apps in the first half of the year, along with introducing AI-driven capabilities, it’s important to me that women are part of shaping not just the product, but the thinking behind it.
My focus in 2026 will be on closely guiding the team while staying true to ButtonShift’s design philosophy, building technology that is thoughtful, intuitive, and human-centric. As we scale, I want our products to reflect not just innovation, but intention, and the perspectives that often get underrepresented in tech.
