Diverse workforces and leadership teams offer broader perspectives, leading to better decision-making, stronger innovation and greater organizational resilience. When teams reflect different experiences, backgrounds and ways of thinking, they challenge assumptions and uncover opportunities that homogeneous groups may overlook. Diversity also enhances an organization’s ability to understand global customers and markets. Inclusive leadership, in turn, builds trust, engagement and a stronger talent pipeline. Can you share the mantra or philosophy that keeps you going?

My personal mantra is straightforward: lead with purpose, stay curious and lift others as you grow. Over the years, especially in technology and leadership roles where women are still underrepresented, I’ve found that progress rarely happens when you stay comfortable. Growth comes from embracing challenges, continuously learning, and stepping into responsibilities even before you feel fully prepared. I firmly believe that leadership should go beyond individual success; it’s about creating opportunities for others to thrive. When you focus on impact, authenticity and empowering those around you, momentum and positive change naturally follow.
