Recap 2025: Women Leaders on Achieving Professional Success
By: WE Staff
Devvaki Aggarwal, Founder & CEO, Instrucko

Devvaki Aggarwal is an award-winning entrepreneur transforming education through immersive, story-based learning that builds future-ready leaders. With global publishing experience in New York, she identified the lack of localized learning material and went on to create innovative language and life-skills programs impacting thousands of learners and educators.
Sharing advice for aspiring women leaders, Devvaki urges women to overcome the fear of failure and take the first step with confidence. “We are often so afraid to fail that we don’t even try,” she says, encouraging risk-taking and self-belief. She highlights women’s natural strengths, emotional intelligence, multitasking, and execution as powerful business assets. She reminds founders that funding is not a prerequisite to begin; progress starts by believing in yourself and taking small, decisive steps forward.
Ritika Jatin Ahuja, COO, Big Boy Toyz

Ritika Jatin Ahuja is the Chief Operating Officer of Big Boy Toyz and a prominent name in India’s luxury automobile space. A celebrity entrepreneur, she is also known for initiatives like the Queen’s Drive Club, which focuses on empowering women through community and confidence.
Sharing advice for aspiring women leaders, Ritika believes success is built on hard work, patience, and unwavering consistency rather than shortcuts. “There are no shortcuts to success,” she emphasizes, encouraging entrepreneurs to stay committed even when results are delayed. She reminds young founders that setbacks and fatigue are natural, but quitting is not the answer. Taking breaks is acceptable, she says, as long as one continues to show up with belief and persistence.
