Pallavii Gupta, Founder, The Kind Roastery and Brew Room

Pallavi is a visionary entrepreneur who transitioned from the fashion industry into food, bringing together design sensibility, seasonality, and conscious dining. Through her work, she champions warm, inclusive spaces, ingredient-forward menus, and community-driven cafe culture rooted in mindful gastronomy and innovation.

Sharing advice for aspiring women leaders, Pallavi encourages embracing creativity without fear and beginning the journey with conviction and clarity. “Consistency is what turns dreams into reality,” she says, emphasizing that meaningful success is built through small, steady steps taken every day. She believes surrounding oneself with supportive people, celebrating personal achievements, and leading with passion are essential to sustaining growth. While building something of your own is demanding, Pallavi reminds women that it is also deeply rewarding. She advocates for more women to lead with empathy, confidence, and purpose, shaping industries through thoughtful leadership and creative courage.

Neha Singh, Co-Founder, Tracxn

Neha Singh is a pioneer in India’s private investment ecosystem with over a decade of experience in venture finance and notable early investments in companies like Practo and Freecharge. She is the co-founder of Tracxn, a global market intelligence platform for private company data.

Sharing advice for aspiring women leaders, Neha believes there has never been a better time to start a venture, especially in India, given the strong talent pool and access to risk capital. “The single most important skill set is to pick a problem that you would really love to solve for the next decade,” she says. She encourages founders to dream big, aim high, and stay committed for the long term. Neha also stresses the importance of physical fitness, noting that mental clarity and sustained success depend on personal well-being.
