In 2025, Amrita gained an understanding of the power of consistency over speed.

Key Learnings in 2025

The biggest learning of 2025 was understanding the power of consistency over speed. It reinforced the importance of building thoughtfully, whether in leadership, teams, or long-term strategy. As we progressed on key hospitality goals during the year, it became clear that lasting success in this sector comes from patience, precision, and an uncompromising focus on experience. Meeting critical milestones while staying aligned with sustainability and quality benchmarks underscored the value of steady execution. The year also reaffirmed how women leaders bring resilience and long-term thinking to complex projects, balancing ambition with responsibility and creating outcomes that are both commercially sound and deeply rooted in purpose.

Amrita’s 2026 Vision is Rooted in Boosting Female Participation

My vision for 2026 is rooted in deeper female participation across leadership, entrepreneurship, and decision-making roles. I see women playing a defining role in driving sustainable practices, ethical business models, and people-centric growth. The future must prioritise balance, where progress is measured not only by scale but by how responsibly it is achieved. I also hope to see more women mentoring and supporting each other, creating ecosystems rather than silos. Sustainability, innovation, and inclusivity will shape the next phase of growth, and women will be central to this transformation, leading with clarity, confidence, and purpose.

About Amrita Gupta: She is a pioneering leader in India’s real estate sector, passionate about sustainable design and gender inclusivity.
