For Sonam, 2025 was a year of hard work and creating an impact on patients’ lives.

Key learning in 2025

2025 was one of those years that left us tired in the best way. We helped more patients than ever, expanded our on-ground support, and some days felt overwhelming, because when someone is unwell, time and clarity matter so much. But it was also deeply rewarding. The simplest moment still wins: seeing a patient or family smile again, even for a second, because they finally feel taken care of. 

Sonam’s 2026 vision is to expand to New Avenues in Medical Tourism.

In 2026, we’re opening new avenues and expanding across key corridors, while building a wellness-first community beyond treatment: rehabilitation planning, recovery support, and gentle ways to reconnect with yourself. Healing is both mental and physical, and it doesn’t end at discharge; it continues until life feels normal again. It’s encouraging to see India also strengthening Medical Travel through various initiatives with policy, partners, and people moving together.
