Nikita Khanna – Moxie Beauty

Founded by Nikita Khanna, Moxie Beauty has quickly established itself in India’s clean and inclusive beauty segment, focusing on high-performance haircare tailored for Indian hair textures and climate conditions. Launched in 2023, the D2C brand combines science-led formulations with modern styling needs. In December 2025, Moxie Beauty raised $15 million in a Series A funding round, reflecting strong investor confidence in its brand recall and growth potential.
Led by a former McKinsey professional and XLRI gold medallist, Moxie Beauty is scaling rapidly through omnichannel expansion, product innovation, and R&D investment. The funding is set to strengthen supply chains, broaden its product portfolio, and deepen nationwide reach, positioning Moxie Beauty as a rising women-led force in India’s evolving beauty and personal care market.
Ruchi Kalra – OfBusiness
Ruchi Kalra, Co-founder of OfBusiness, has been instrumental in building one of India’s most successful B2B commerce and fintech platforms. In April 2025, OfBusiness raised Rs 100 crore (approximately $11.7 million), strengthening its financial position and reinforcing investor confidence in its scalable SME-focused model. Founded in 2015, OfBusiness enables small and medium enterprises to access raw materials alongside embedded credit solutions, addressing a critical gap in India’s industrial supply chain.
An IIT Delhi and ISB Hyderabad alumna, she is also the co-founder of Oxyzo, making her one of the few women in India to have built two unicorns. Her leadership has helped OfBusiness scale across manufacturing and infrastructure sectors, positioning it as a cornerstone of India’s B2B ecosystem.
