Neelam Naseeb: Transformative Healer Redefining Tarot & Spiritual Well

By: Neelam Naseeb, Founder & CEO, Mishi Blue Merchandise

As awareness around the synergy of tarot reading and psychology expands, it transforms how people perceive healing. The intersection represents a shift from linear thinking to holistic exploration.

Businesses are merging therapeutic frameworks with ancient intuitive wisdom, allowing individuals to uncover meaning, restore balance, and align the inner world with outer purpose.

True leaders emerge from the toughest terrains, transforming struggle into milestones resting on their perseverance. A corporate professional turned healer, Neelam Naseeb is one such visionary entrepreneur propagating the science of tarot.

She leads Mishi Blue Merchandise as a certified therapist and intuitive reader. Leveraging the power of her psychological insight with spiritual guidance, she approaches tarot as a tool to balance emotional intelligence and inner alignment.

Take us through the formative years of your life and key influences that inspired your professional journey.

Coming from a humble background, my childhood was spent in an environment where balancing financial and mental stability was challenging. This led me to develop empathy quite early on, shaping my ability to understand human behaviour deeply. Those early experiences became the foundation of my path as a coach and healer.

I learnt that adversity often plants the seeds of purpose. Postponing my dream of studying psychology, I pursued Mass Communication and Marketing, gaining ground into the corporate world. I was fortunate enough to meet right influences at the right time shaping my perspective.

I have always trusted my instincts and taken bold steps which have been both, terrifying and liberating. Tarot reading soon became more than prediction, it revealed the power of emotional intelligence and human energy.

What led to the creation of Mishi Blue Merchandise? Was entrepreneurship a challenging path to walk on initially?

Every entrepreneur’s journey begins with initiation of their dreams and acting with self-conviction. Walking away from the comforts of a 9-to-5 job was my boldest move that lead to the creation of Mishi Blue the brand. I leveraged my corporate experience with my spiritual pursuit bringing credibility and balance to the misunderstood world of tarot.

Initially procuring capital was a challenge, but I never allowed it to define my vision. I strategically navigated this by building partnerships with artisans whose craftsmanship spoke volumes.

I turned the dearth of funds into a collaborative ecosystem rooted in empowerment and purpose. My pursuit is to turn the mysticism around tarot reading into a practice that serves gateways to mindfulness and mental clarity.

Spiritual wellness coach redefining tarot & conventional energy-aligned practices

Introduce us to Mishi Blue Merchandise. What is the core vision behind your brand?

Mishi Blue Merchandise was founded with a vision to empower individuals towards greater self-awareness and emotional well-being. It unites two brands, Soul Compass and MBM Crystals, combining their strength into a single holistic venture.

It is through Mishi Blue Tarot and Therapy and Mishi Blue Merchandise, we guide individuals using psychological tools, tarot, and crystal healing.

MBM Crystals is all about holistic crystal accessories and Soul compass is a team of 26 people and growing, trained in tarot psychology with a thoughtful vision of guiding people towards their dream life.

With a growing team and having a strong foundation of more than 30,000 individuals served, we continue to empower people seeking self-awareness and direction. A major partnership, soon to be revealed in January, will open the door to our global expansion, extending the reach of Soul Compass and MBM Crystals to international audiences.

How do you ensure product excellence and customer satisfaction at Mishi Blue ? What is your approach to healing?

At Mishi Blue, we do not manufacture jewellery, rather curate it with purpose. Our chosen gems and crystals focus on end-to-end healing by meeting scientific therapy with intuitive energy work. Every crystal is designed based on a specific client’s emotional needs, tested for quality, and aligned with chakra energies to promote balance and transformation.

True healing goes beyond therapy and is all about a continuous process. My approach to healing is guided by bridging science and the vital aspect of spiritual surrender.

It is a seamless journey supporting each client until meaningful change happens. We have cultivated a culture where clients remain engaged long after sessions, joining regular city meetups that keeps our tribe growing and connected.

What hurdles have you faced in building your business, and what lessons have you learnt along the way?

Being a woman leader who walked the road less travelled accounts for a journey full of resistance, doubts, and rejections. The hardest lesson I learnt was when I faced skepticism even from the ones closest to me. But my self-belief and vision were stronger than the noises around me.

My career became my anchor while clarity of purpose kept me going. It allowed me to challenge traditional mindsets and step beyond societal comfort zones.

Looking back, which key milestones are you most proud of?

May 2025 has been extra special as delivering a TEDx talk on a global stage allowed me to share insights close to my heart. I was also deeply honored to be conferred a Doctor of Philosophy in Psychology from the University of Maryland.

Over time I recognized that my ideas began gaining recognition across media platforms for creating something valuable. Personally, witnessing the expansion of our team where every individual gets the opportunity to grow is empowering. I have also worked with high-profile individuals who value their mental health and emotional safety.

The true metrics of my success lie in seeing the impact my work has created which goes far beyond numbers and revenue.
