Sunita Rebecca Cherian Named to Vintage Circle Advisory Board

Strengthening its focus on people-first workplaces, Vantage Circle has welcomed Sunita Rebecca Cherian to its Advisory Board. Along-time leader at Wipro Limited, Sunita spent three decades and last served as Chief Culture Officer and SVP–HR. She is well known for her contributions in creating inclusive cultures, driving transformation in the workforce, and aligning human capital with business growth.
Beyond the organization, Sunita has been an authoritative voice in the human resource world, advising academic and industry organizations. She has led the industry chairing Wipro’s DEI Council, and engaging with global forums including the World Economic Forum and World 50’s I&D Impact network.
