Rashi Singh Joins Suntory Spirits India as Marketing Director

According to a post on LinkedIn account, Rashi Singh has recently been appointed as Director of Marketing for Suntory Global Spirits, India. Prior to her appointment, Rashi worked for Beam Suntory as a Category Lead for the whisky business where she led the implementation of category-led marketing initiatives.
Before her time with Beam Suntory, Rashi held several roles at Pernod Ricard including Brand Lead for Jacob's Creek and Zonal Marketing Lead. Rashi began her career as a Product Manager at Airtel, where she was responsible for broadband marketing, campaign planning, revenue driven initiatives, etc., and also spent time at Daimler AG working on retail excellence and customer experience projects in the Automotive industry.
Rashi has developed her skills across multiple industries including telecommunications, automotive, and alcoholic beverages with experience in: brand strategy; category management; and customer focused marketing.
In Rashi's new role at Suntory Global Spirits, Rashi will lead the development of marketing strategies, brand positioning, and consumer engagement for Suntory's portfolio throughout India. Her promotion is a reflection of Suntory's commitment to strengthening its marketing leadership in order to drive growth and expand as a competitor in the premium spirits market.
Singh has several years of working for companies that operate in different sectors , and has experience in the alcohol beverage industry; telecommunications; and the automotive industry. Before starting with Suntory Global Spirits India as the head of marketing, she worked for Pernod Ricard on permanent and temporary brands, focusing on zonal development and leading marketing efforts around brands like Jacob's Creek.
Before that, she worked for Bharti Airtel in product management, focusing on broadband marketing and campaign planning. Her first job was with Daimler AG, where she was responsible for customer experience and retail excellence initiatives.
Singh’s unique experiences in developing brand strategies, category management, and marketing initiatives targeting consumers are expected to aid Suntory Global Spirits' initiatives toward increasing brand equity and growing market opportunities.
