EY has launched Asia-Pacific Entrepreneurial Winning Women Class of 2026, through which it recognized 23 inspiring women entrepreneurs who lead some of the fastest-growing businesses in the region. This is a significant step towards inclusive growth as it is a leadership program that offers opportunities for empowering businesses led by high-potential women to scale up and expand beyond their borders.
The 2026 Asia-Pacific cohort becomes a platform that convenes women founders from a wide range of sectors such as energy, infrastructure, consumer, and professional service. In their inspirational role, these aspiring women are not only building high-growth businesses but are also advancing innovation, employment, and inclusive development across the region. The women leaders build global networks, seasoned advisors, and insights that drive long-term value creation.
According to EY, the companies in the 2026 cohort collectively generated revenue over US$1.6 billion in combined revenue in 2025. This became an opportunity in supporting a workforce of 30,000+ people, reflecting the growing impact of women entrepreneurs on the region’s economy.
The Asia-Pacific initiative is part of EY Entrepreneurial Winning Women global community, now brings together 1,200+ women founders across 60+ markets worldwide.
Claire Cardno, EY Asia-Pacific Women.Fast Forward Executive Sponsor and EY Asia-Pacific Risk Management Leader, says: “The women in our 2026 Asia-Pacific Winning Women cohort are bold leaders with the ambition and capability to scale globally. At EY, we are committed to backing women entrepreneurs with the connections, insights and support they need to grow with confidence. Their success strengthens businesses, communities and economies – and we’re proud to support them on that journey.”
