Walk us through your academic and professional path. What were some pivotal points during this journey?
I completed my undergraduate studies in Journalism & Mass Communication and pursued a master's degree in PR & Advertising, and now after 12 years of academic gap, I am pursuing my executive MBA now from IIM Indore. The inception of Media Maniacs Group dates back to 2015, and since then, it has undergone significant growth. Although the group initially faced challenges, particularly in navigating the competitive field of PR, it eventually achieved notable success. However, the journey was not without obstacles, as the emergence of the COVID-19 pandemic impacted businesses, including Media Maniacs Group. Despite this setback, the group resiliently persevered, putting in hard work to overcome challenges and propel the business to new heights of success.

The primary hurdle we encounter is managing unrealistic expectations. Establishing a brand is a gradual undertaking, demanding strategic thinking and planning, particularly for startups. To address this, we prioritize open and transparent communication. From the outset, we establish and discuss realistic expectations with our clients, ensuring mutual understanding and alignment.
