Highlight your early educational journey and prior industry experience that you bring to the table. What is it that motivated you to establish Mediaxpedia?

Ever-since I began my graduation in Computer Applications, I had a clear idea about what marketing is and what I have to do. It was indeed something that always fascinated me. Thus, I invested over two years to complete my post-graduation in Marketing and HR and alongside, I was engaged in reading the market scenarios, the kind of businesses that are making way into the market, the competitors, the surviving techniques, the difficulties being faced, the ongoing changes in the technology and in the marketing industry.

It was after completing my MBA, when instead of directly stepping into my own business, I took thorough experience so as to get a close idea about how thing works in the industry and to become stable enough to make my dream a reality. After working my way through and gaining over nine years of experience, I was finally ready, both mentally and financially, to start my own company and this is when I laid the foundation stone of Mediaxpedia.

While marketing in itself is a vast segment, it is divided into small parts. Post gaining years of experience into various profiles in marketing, and after thorough reading and observation, I decided to go ahead with Affiliate Marketing, one of the niche yet fastest developing segment of marketing. I would like to extend my regards to all those who stood like a pillar in times of difficulty, My Father Mr. Sandeep Sharma, Mother Mrs. Sandhya Sharma & My Partner Mr. Ashish Pathania and above all My Daughter Kaushiki and who believed in me and motivated me in pursuing my dream of starting my own company.

With the varied expertise which I had gained in affiliate marketing whether it is delivery, business development, the knowledge or learning by working with different companies; it helped me immensely in putting the base and supporting pillars of Mediaxpedia Technologies. I had a very clear idea where and how to start from. It was the thorough study of the market industry, foresightedness and planning which played a key roles in giving a kick off to Mediaxpedia.

A CEO doesn’t play a single role. He or she has to play multiple roles in a day to day life. Right from being a guide to maintaining the unity of the team, right from taking part in meetings to representing the company at various platforms the roles are countless. One does not remain confined to a single role. Talking about the responsibilities, an average day comprise of

We as a start-up with 4 successful years in the industry take pride in coming this long way and hope to count. And hope to mark countless years of journey. And for me Struggles may come and struggles may go but MediaXpedia will go on forever... for every difficulty comes with a solution, just that you have to crack the code and make your way out of it. I feel blessed to have been gifted with the best of manpower who are always ready to help me out and support me whenever I stumble. They are not just my team mates they are my family.
