What Led You To Establish Spottlightt Social? Share Your Journey Of Becoming A Young Entrepreneur.
I started working in the marketing domain, specifically in influencer marketing, right after graduation. For the last four years, I have been working to create a niche for myself in the world of social media and digital marketing. I have worked with top-tier marketing agencies in Mumbai and have gained lots of hands-on experience in the domains of influencer management, marketing, content creation, and strategy It resulted as a great learning experience, where I could identify gaps in different marketing campaigns, establish benchmarks, benefits and the how's, what's, and whys of it. Within six months of my career I was able to onboard clients directly; this made me come to the realization of the entrepreneurial spirit within me. Moreover, I have always wanted to build my own company, and work for myself, be your own boss as they say. I was able to do conduct influencer marketing and influencer management. It provides a bridge between brands and influencers, to facilitate in the sale of products and services. Unfortunately last year, like many I was struck with Covid -19. Through the isolation of twenty days, I was able to shape up an idea for running my own company. I wanted to build an agency that helps brands to get recognition for their products and services.

Elaborate On Your Roles And Responsibilities At Spottlightt. Also, Highlight Your Leadership Strategy.
We are a team of professionals from different walks of life. I manage my team and work closely with them on business development, marketing plans, generating leads, and much more. At Spottlightt, I often have to wear multiple hats at a time. During the lockdown, even though we were all operating from home, we successfully expanded into the digital and PR arenas.

As a leader, I like to work with passionate and motivated individuals who understand their responsibilities and take the initiative to work meticulously. They are always keen on their growth whilst providing towards the business's growth as well. I let them work individualistically as well as a team to help foster their creativity.

Throw Some Light On The Differential Advantage The Company Has Brought So Far. Also, What Plans Do You Have In Place For The Brand?
Spottlightt Social brings measurability and scale to the campaigns by working with India's largest pool of influencers. We represent dozens of influencers and operate with most of them on a weekly basis. The company creates hyper-targeted brand campaigns and buzz with unique ROI-driven dimensions. Its clientele includes L'Oréal Paris, Amazon, Garnier, Johnnie Walker, Secret Alchemist, Purplle.com, Pee Safe, Techno Mobile, House of Musafir, mcaffeine, Dot & Key Skincare, and Jivraj 9 Tea. With Secret Alchemist, almost 43 influencers were onboarded for promotion of their huge variety of products.

Currently my short term goals for the company include onboarding more relevant & talented influencers & work with top brands. We are also working on finding an office space that can be transformed into a creative hubspot for my team, in Mumbai. We also aim to become a socially responsible company and help many NGOs to contribute to different social causes.
