Education & Well-meaning Educators are Catalysts of Growth

Education is one of the most important tools for empowering a society. Apart from supporting individuals’ in their growth journey, education plays the role of a catalyst in enhancing one’s personality while also strengthening their economic, social, cultural development. Education also plays a key role in improving one’s quality of life and has a strong impact on the overall family and community’s living standards as well. Education on the whole is capable of reducing societal inequalities, especially ones stemming through gender.
The field of education has always been considered to be conducive for women professionals. For years women educators have been carrying the baton to educate and carve future citizens and leader of their respective nations. Be it handholding young toddlers who have just gotten into the education system to leading higher educational institutes, women educators have always been influential in the field of education.
The current edition of Women Entrepreneurs Review magazine pays homage to women educators leading international schools in India.
One of the featured educators is Nisha Anil Jain, the Director of Anubhuti International School, who combines vision with student-centricity to foster learning and meaningful growth. A systems analyst turned educationist, Nisha's path, from Aurangabad to being a pedagogy innovator, speaks volumes of her determination and love for influencing young minds.

She was born in India but educated as a computer engineer in Silicon Valley. Her initial career in multinational tech companies such as Marvell and AMD led her back to India in 2010. The illustrious list also features A. Lakshmi Dharithri, Principal of Surya The Global School, a visionary education leader with over two decades of experience in teaching, teacher training, school operations, and strategic management. She joined the school in 2012 and has since expanded to three branches, serving over 5,500 students. She keeps a balanced approach to pedagogy with modern learning and human connection, focusing on affordable excellence.
These women educators are architects building India’s next generation of leaders and visionaries.
