Prabha Narasimhan serves as the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Colgate-Palmolive (India), an office that she currently occupies. The remuneration received by her for FY2024-25 stands at ₹12.08 crore, which includes salary, perks, stock options, commission and others. The yearly return form of the corporation mentions the remuneration as ₹120.76 million. The exercising of stock options in the year is one of the largest components of the above-mentioned figure. It highlights the fact that the compensation of a CEO can't be determined by salary alone.

Vishakha Mulye has been working as the MD and CEO of Aditya Birla Capital from 2022. She has more than three decades of experience in the field of banking and financial services industry. The total remuneration earned by Mulye in FY2024-25 is ₹12.5 crore, which makes her one of the top-paid women executives in the financial services sector of India. Before joining the Aditya Birla Capital, she has occupied various top posts in ICICI Bank. She was the Group CFO of ICICI Bank and has handled various major financial services deals.
6. Vibha Padalkar — HDFC Life

Vibha Padalkar remains the Managing Director & CEO of HDFC Life Insurance. Her appointment as MD & CEO is confirmed in the FY2025 annual report and other disclosures of the firm. Her total remuneration for FY2025 stood at around ₹9.8 crore in one source while according to another database of remuneration that is based on the audited annual report her total remuneration stands at ₹9.3 crore. According to one of the shareholder voting disclosure, about 58% of her FY2025 variable pay comes from performance bonus and fair value of share options.

This marked an impressive rise of 287.4%, mainly because of the pay structure of the executives. The later filings with the regulator still describe her as the MD & CEO of the firm. Hence, her pay puts her among the higher-paid female CEOs of listed companies in India.
