Vinita Gupta serves as the CEO of Lupin, a role that she has been holding since 2013, and is still overseeing the global operations of the pharmaceutical firm in addition to her role as the Managing Director of the firm with Nilesh Gupta. According to the FY2025-26 integrated report of Lupin, Vinita Gupta is still listed as the CEO of the company. The latest remuneration received by Vinita Gupta was ₹26.69 crore, as per the disclosures in FY2025-26 as mentioned in Business Standard.

2. Priya Nair — Hindustan Unilever

Priya Nair got ₹18.19 crore as her total pay package for FY2025-26 after she was appointed as the MD and CEO of HUL in August 2025. Her pay package comprised of salary, allowances, bonus, and long-term incentives. Nair is the first-ever female CEO at Hindustan Unilever and had close to 30 years of experience with Unilever. HUL is also planning to invest up to ₹2,000 crore in premium category manufacturing capacity.
3. Falguni Nayar — Nykaa

Falguni Nayar continues to serve as the Executive Chairperson, MD & CEO of FSN E-Commerce Ventures, which is the parent company of Nykaa. She was again appointed as Executive Chairperson for the next five years from February 12, 2026. According to the financial statements of Nykaa for the FY2025-26, Falguni Nayar earned a total of ₹16.48 crore, out of which she earned compensation through Nykaa E-Retail, which is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company.
