2025 reinforced a fundamental truth for us: sustainable business growth is built on discipline, not just speed. In a dynamic EV market, moving fast is important, but scale has to be built on strong fundamentals to last. The year strengthened our focus on building a resilient business, anchored in clear unit economics and operational efficiencies.

The year our focus was on step-by-step execution across product development, manufacturing, and retail, where consistency creates long-term impact. Most importantly, 2025 reaffirmed our belief that the product must always be the hero. When the product delivers on performance, reliability, and value, trust follows and with it, growth.

Founder Vision for 2026: Strategic Brand Expansion

Our aim is for Oben Electric to be recognised as a reliable and trusted Indian brand in the electric two-wheeler segment, delivering best-in-class motorcycles and earning the loyalty of our customers.

Over the next two years, we plan to expand our footprint to around 500 showrooms across key markets, supported by a strong service and after-sales ecosystem. At the same time, our focus will be on building a profitable and scalable EV business, backed by in-house manufacturing and product innovation. Our focus is to scale Oben Electric while delivering reliable, high-performance commuter motorcycles that create real value for riders.
