YFLO celebrates 20th Anniversary felicitating Women's Contributions

The Young FICCI Ladies Organization (YFLO) celebrated its 20th anniversary, marking two decades of empowering women in Delhi and beyond. The organization, a division of the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry, promotes professional growth for young women entrepreneurs, professionals, and business leaders. YFLO has launched initiatives to develop skills, provide mentorship, and create networking opportunities.
The event was organized at the luxurious Lalit and comprised visionaries, change-makers, and people who advocate for gender equality leadership, featuring dignitaries like Bansuri Swaraj, SK Pathak, and FLO President Joyshree Das Verma. YFLO hosts various workshops, seminars, and conferences, equipping members with the knowledge and tools needed for success. The 20th-anniversary celebration honored the achievements of YFLO members, with awards presented to women who have made significant contributions.
Namita Gautam, former FLO President from 2004-2005, founded YOUNG FLO, a visionary organization that has since grown into a vibrant reality. With four chapters across India, YFLO provides a nurturing environment for young women to thrive and lead, integrating fresh perspectives and innovative ideas. YFLO is a leading organization for young women entrepreneurs and professionals focusing on gender parity, innovation, and creating opportunities for all. A program hosted by Namita Gautam honored twenty past Chairs of YFLO Delhi, showcasing their resilience, creativity, and dedication to the organization's growth and success.
