WEW's LEAP Collective Conference to Empower Entrepreneurs

The LEAP Collective, a one-day conference hosted at The India Center in Shrewsbury on Saturday, May 2, 2026, will provide an immersive day of learning, networking and career growth for professionals and entrepreneurs from across Massachusetts.

The event is organized by the Women Empowering Women (WEW) programme of the India Society of Worcester and the Professionals and Entrepreneurs Network (PEN) and aims to inspire participants to Lead, Elevate, Advance and Progress through a combination of keynote speeches and interactive workshops and networking.

Its attendees will be treated to an eclectic lineup of speakers, such as former managing partner of McKinsey & Company's Boston office, Navjot Singh, and Bobbie Carlton, founder of Innovation Women and Carlton PR & Marketing. Sessions will cover topics of the moment, including, but not limited to, artificial intelligence and career growth, leadership in times of change, angel investing, personal branding, and work-life integration.

In addition to the sessions, attendees will get access to professional headshots, résumé reviews, one-on-one coaching, networking opportunities, meals and refreshments all day long and more.
