In the bronze medal match, they beat Chinese Taipei's Liu Heng-Yu and Hsieh Hsiang-Chen 17-9, and came home with one medal at the end of the day, in addition to the women's 10m air pistol event individual bronze medal won previously by double Olympic medallist Manu Bhaker.
Chaudhary and Suruchi finished fifth ranked in the medal competition with individual scores of 292 and 286 for a combined score of 578.
China (gold) and South Korea (silver), the qualifiers for spots one and two respectively then had to fight for the gold medal. China won the match 16-12. All four other teams fought for the other two bronze medals with India defeating Chinese Taipei and Iran beating Vietnam 16-8.
