Mansi Baranwal's Troovy Nears Rs200 Crore Series B

Bengaluru-based healthy snacking startup Troovy, is nearing to raise Rs 200 crore in a Series B round. One of the sources said that “Troovy is in advanced stages to raise Rs 150-200 crore in the new round, led by Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (ADIA). This will also include existing investors, including Fireside Ventures.
The typical consumer business supported by ADIA has been one with a demonstrated market presence. The investment in Troovy comes at a relatively early stage in the business as compared to many of its past consumer investments such as Purplle, FirstCry, Nykaa and Lenskart, which were done after the companies had already built market share and scale.
Troovy was established by Mansi Baranwal and Aditya Mukherjee and is currently conducting business under the clean-label food category, selling various children's snack and nutrition products, such as chips, puffs, cookies and milk mixes.
The fundraise will be deployed towards expansion (portfolio of clean-label food products) as the firm doubles down on product innovation and distribution across quick-comm and omnichannel channels, as per sources.
Key Highlights:
- Troovy nears Rs 150–200 crore Series B round led by ADIA
- Funds will support product expansion and distribution growth
- The startup competes with Slurrp Farm and Timios in children's nutrition
Another source said that the transaction was in its final stages, with the parties involved completing the documents. But they refused to comment on the story, and a request from me to ADIA and Fireside for comment was not answered until the publication of this story.
The next round comes on the heels of a $5 million Series A investment that was recently raised by Troovy in January. Fireside Ventures and Sharrp Ventures led the round, which was joined by existing investors Spring Marketing Capital and Veltis Capital. Before that, the startup was funded $2.3 million (Rs 20 crore) in a pre-Series A round with Fireside in May 2025.
The revenue to be reported by Troovy for the financial year ending March 2025 was Rs 6.05 crore and the losses were Rs 10 crore.
Troovy is in competition with others like Slurrp Farm, Timios, and other new brands that are driven to provide healthier food for children and families.
Over the last several years, there has been heightened investor interest in the healthy snacking and children's nutrition product category, as consumers become more aware of clean-label,
