Based in New Delhi, Jigyasa will oversee strategic partnerships across HSBC APAC, the Middle East, and GSC & Tech, supporting organisations in building future-ready workforces and aligning learning strategies with evolving business priorities.

In her new role, Jigyasa will collaborate with senior business and learning leaders to develop capability-building initiatives, leadership programmes, and talent transformation strategies. She will also drive AI capability development, helping organisations integrate artificial intelligence into learning ecosystems while equipping employees with the skills required for an increasingly technology-driven workplace.
The appointment marks an internal promotion for Jigyasa, who previously served as Regional Account Manager at GP Strategies Corporation. During her tenure, she led strategic account growth across the Asia-Pacific region, strengthened executive client relationships, expanded strategic partnerships, and managed commercial performance. She also directed geographically dispersed teams in delivering enterprise learning programmes aligned with clients' business objectives.
Over the course of her career, Jigyasa has developed expertise in strategic partnerships, executive stakeholder engagement, AI capability consulting, leadership development, workforce transformation, and learning strategy. Her experience has positioned her as a trusted advisor for organisations navigating digital transformation and evolving workforce demands.
Before joining GP Strategies in a leadership capacity, Jigyasa co-founded and served as Director at Pause Play, a corporate training company that used theatre-based learning techniques to deliver transformational leadership and communication programmes. She led the company's go-to-market strategy, business development, and brand growth. Her professional journey also includes roles at The People Harbour and Maynard Leigh Associates India, where she gained experience in organisational development and leadership consulting.
Academically, Jigyasa holds a postgraduate qualification from MICA and earned a Master's degree in Psychology from the Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) between 2018 and 2020. Her blend of behavioural science and business expertise has shaped her approach to leadership development and organisational capability building.
