Shreya Prakash, co-founder and CEO of FlexiBees, has won third place in the prestigious Aurora Tech Award 2025, a global recognition for women-led technology startups. The award ceremony in Cairo celebrated innovators from diverse industries, including artificial intelligence, fintech, and health tech. Prakash's achievement demonstrates her dedication to empowering women and fostering economic inclusion.
Shreya co-founded FlexiBees alongside Rashmi Rammohan and Deepa Swami, whose mission is to bridge the gap between skilled women professionals and businesses in need of flexible talent. The firm connects businesses with experienced women professionals seeking flexible, remote, or project-based work opportunities. The platform has increased female workforce participation by offering scalable and adaptable hiring solutions.
