FlexiBees, a talent marketplace, has raised a Pre-Series A Funding round led by Inflection Point Ventures (IPV), a prominent angel investment platform known for supporting early-stage startups. The funds aim to accelerate the company's growth and expand its operations. The funding will be used to expand its technological infrastructure, refine AI algorithms, and broaden its market presence. The exact amount raised remains undisclosed.
The funding round included Shan M S, COO of Namma Yatri, and Reema Mahajan, founder of International Women in Dubai, among other notable investors. FlexiBees is a global talent platform connecting women professionals with part-time, project-based, and remote roles, serving over 700 businesses globally, with 60,000+ professionals. Over 1,400+ women have received successful placements in flexible careers, while 20,000 have been impacted through returnship preparation and interview coaching.
FlexiBees offers part-time, project-based, and remote jobs, allowing professionals to balance their personal and professional lives. It provides cost-effective solutions for startups and SMBs, with advanced vetting technology ensuring high-quality matches. With over 30 professionals working remotely, FlexiBees promotes financial independence and agency, benefiting employers with access to skilled talent. This platform matches businesses with experienced professionals in marketing, finance, HR, and technology, often women. It uses a technology-driven approach to ensure employers and professionals meet needs, resulting in high placement success rates.
