Bill Gates, Chairman of the Gates Foundation and former Microsoft CEO visited the Indian Agricultural Research Institute, Pusa Campus in New Delhi and interacted with "Drone Didis," rural women trained under Marut Drones' Namo Drone Didi Scheme. The initiative demonstrates how drone technology empowers women, breaks gender barriers, and provides sustainable income opportunities.

Marut AG365 drones were demonstrated by rural women, enhancing agricultural efficiency and livelihoods. The initiative empowers women through technology and provides sustainable income sources.

According to CEO and Co-founder of Marut Drones, Prem Kumar Vislawath, the women drone operators are well-trained and can confidently demonstrate their drone-operating skills. "This moment is a testament to how technology is empowering women entrepreneurs, breaking barriers in male-dominated industries, and creating financial independence in rural India. The presence of global leaders like Bill Gates reaffirms the impact of drone technology at the grassroots level and its role in reshaping India's rural economy."

Marut Drones, India's first drone manufacturer and remote pilot training company, has advanced India's drone ecosystem by providing comprehensive training for three Drone Didis from Bihar and supporting government initiatives like Namo Drone Didi Program.
