Converge of Bhartiya has been designed to give global companies an overall platform to grow their operations within India by providing talent, infrastructure, & managing day-to-day operations through GCC enablement.

The timing of the appointment of Reethika is in response to how much significance GCCs will be to global business strategies as HR leadership continues to play a very strategic role.

In the future, Reethika's priorities will be building leadership pipelines, enhancing company culture & managing workforce capabilities with regard to the intent of the company to continue to grow in response to the increased competition for skilled talent.
