Bhartiya Converge has appointed Reethika Shetty as the new Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to strengthen its leadership team as it continues to develop its Global Capability Centre (GCC) Enablement Platform in India.
In her new position, Reethika will oversee the People Strategy, Talent Agenda, and HR Transformation of Bhartiya Converge and will be primarily focused on building a scalable and people-centric organization, which will complement their Integrated Ecosystem Strategy.
She has experience in overseeing the entire HR Process, which includes areas such as talent acquisition, leadership, organizational design, culture, and HR Technology.
Her appointment to the CHRO role affirms commitment to supporting its workforce, especially since there has been an increased need for setup and management services related to GCCs.
Prior to her role, Reethika was Director HR and Talent Leader at RUS Talent Solutions, where she assisted organisations in developing and growing HR capabilities, launching HR technology platforms, and supporting startups and GCCs with market entry and leadership development in India.
She was a senior leader at Mu Sigma Inc., where she led talent acquisition, leadership hiring, employee engagement, and strategic initiatives in the founder’s office.
She has also been a senior HR and learning leader at TIAA, Altisource, and Tesco, among other companies, overseeing talent development and P&L.
Reethika is also the founder of RusLearning Consultants, a learning, leadership development, and organisational effectiveness firm.
Converge of Bhartiya has been designed to give global companies an overall platform to grow their operations within India by providing talent, infrastructure, & managing day-to-day operations through GCC enablement.
The timing of the appointment of Reethika is in response to how much significance GCCs will be to global business strategies as HR leadership continues to play a very strategic role.
In the future, Reethika's priorities will be building leadership pipelines, enhancing company culture & managing workforce capabilities with regard to the intent of the company to continue to grow in response to the increased competition for skilled talent.
