Aditi Roy Joins Akasa Air as Head of Corporate Communications

- It comes after nine years at Novartis India where she ended her journey
Akasa Air's new Head of Corporate Communications and CSR, Aditi Roy, recently posted on LinkedIn announcing her new role after working for Novartis India for 9 years.
In her post, Aditi reflects back on her time at Novartis, acknowledging how much she has learned from the people, trust, and opportunity to help build a good working environment. She thanks her colleagues, her bosses, media partners, and patient groups who have all supported her over the years.
Although she had been contemplating her decision to leave prior to the present time, she believes that now is a good time for her to leave. She looks forward to transitioning from a company that has a long history into a new company that is just starting to establish one and is excited to join Akasa Air.
Before coming to Akasa Air, the last position Aditi held at Novartis was as Associate Director - External Engagement and Pharma Communications. This position involved many different functions such as communications, patient advocacy, as well as stakeholder engagement.
Before she began working at Novartis, she was employed at SPAG Asia, Fleishman-Hillard, Text100, K2 Communications, and MullenLowe Lintas Group.
