Yes Madam Raises Rs 50 Cr in Series A Funding

Home salon services platform Yes Madam has received maiden funding of Rs 50 crore (approximately $5.2 million) from Sanjeev Bikhchandani-led Info Edge in its Series A round.
According to its filing with the Registrar of Companies (RoC), the company’s board has issued 2,64,987 Series A preference shares at an issue price of Rs 1,885 each to raise the abovementioned amount.
The only one participating in the round is Info Edge in the role of B8 fund. According to a report the valuation of the round was roughly Rs 750 crore ($79 million).
The new capital will be used to grow into new cities, build out the partner network, invest in technology and enhance the customer experience in addition to profitability and operational efficiencies, the company said. Inc42 has been the first to report on the development.
Yes Madam launched in 2016 as a home-based services platform, where users can schedule beauty, salon, and wellness services like haircuts, facials, waxing, and massages via the app and online.

The company links customers to trained individuals who provide these services at their home and the company makes a profit in relation to the commission on each booking.
The company from Noida states to have processed over 3 lakh bookings each month, has presence in 55+ cities in India and has now onboarded over 12,000 professionals till date. This is after allotment, when Info Edge bought 6.67 percent of the company.
The co-founders, Mayank Arya, Aditya Arya and Akanksha Vishnoi individually hold a 22.84 percent, 20.43 percent and 14.63 percent stake in the company, respectively. The company has also established a 10 percent ESOP pool with a value of Rs. 75 crore.
On the financial side, it has yet to release its financials for FY26 but says that it has achieved revenues of Rs 195 crore for the FY that closed in March 2026 with profitability. The company reported a Rs 93 crore operating income and a profit of Rs 1.8 crore in FY25, more than doubling its previous operating income and profit.
Yes Madam is a Noida-based home salon and wellness services startup founded in 2016. The platform allows users to book beauty, salon, and wellness services such as haircuts, facials, waxing, and massages at home through its app and website.
Operating in more than 55 cities across India, the company connects customers with trained professionals and earns revenue through commissions on bookings.
