- Wow! Momo names Rituparna Sengupta as Pan-India Talent & HR Head
- To lead hiring, culture, and employer branding
- Former Talent Head at Anmol Industries
Wow! Momo has appointed Rituparna Sengupta as the Pan India Talent Acquisition Head and Corporate HR Manager, further demonstrating their commitment to building stronger people practices while continuing to grow their footprint across India.
Rituparna will be responsible for overseeing the nationwide talent acquisition strategy, in addition to the broader HR agenda including culture, workforce capability, and business growth. As part of her role, she is responsible for creating scalable hiring systems that will be aligned with the company’s expansion roadmap, enhancing employer branding, and supporting the development of high-performance teams within a rapidly growing business.
This position is also an important combination of recruitment leadership and other organizational development responsibilities since the lines between hiring strategy and culture-building have become increasingly blurred for companies experiencing rapid growth.
Prior to joining Wow! Momo Sengupta spent nearly seven years at Anmol Industries, where she served as Talent Acquisition Head leading the company’s large-scale recruitment efforts, while also working to enhance their hiring process.
During this time, she also focused on ways to increase the efficiency of recruitment processes, develop stronger, future talent pipelines and align talent acquisition with Anmol’s business growth plans.
Previously at Senplacement and Adeo Consultancy, she has worked in HR/recruitment positions and has had exposure to various aspects of employer engagement, sourcing and hiring, and employment management. She has also worked for Suvidha Placements Limited in recruitment for the financial services sector before starting her career with Wow! Momo, which is located in India and has now grown to be one of the country's largest and fastest growing homegrown quick service restaurant chains, with over 500 locations across the country.
She has a master's degree in human resources from NMIMS CDOE, and a master's degree in economics from the University of Calcutta.
