- The fourth edition of the WIL Conference will take place in Gurugram this Thursday at BML Munjal University (BMU)
- The conference will discuss how women are reshaping influence in the current business environment
The fourth annual Women in Leadership (WIL) Conference, at BML Munjal University (BMU), have established principles of Courage, Conviction, and Collaboration.
This year’s WIL Conference will bring together thought leaders from business, policy making, academia, and entrepreneurship to examine how women today are influencing the business landscape.
Since its inception in 2018, the WIL Conference has evolved into an active platform to examine all aspects of Leadership extending beyond representation to include impact, Governance, and long-term Value Creation.
This year’s Conference will focus on Women Leaders’ Journeys as they navigate through complex issues related to developing Resilient Organizations and driving Institutional Change.
Suchitra Ella, Managing Director at Bharat Biotech; will be the Keynote Speaker for this year’s event – along with senior leaders in both the business and policy making sectors, who will discuss issues such as Board Readiness; Leadership Ethics; Governance; and Handling Challenges in High-Pressure Environments.
The WIL Conference was created by Pooja Maheshwari Salwan, the chairperson, to promote the ability of women to take action rather than just have aspirations.
With an emphasis on sharing experiences and having conversations, we hope to provide an environment for women leaders to amplify their voices, grow their networks and increase their impact on their respective sectors.
By focusing on courage, conviction, and collaboration, the initiative of BMU hopes to create a lasting network of leaders who are committed to creating significant change.
As industries change and boardrooms evolve, this platform is intended to ensure that women not only participate in leadership discussions but participate as creators of leadership discussions.
