The Sunshine We all Need

Leaders are usually described as those who have others following them. But in true sense, a true is leader is the one who create the next line of leaders. With inborn managerial talent and perception to look at things from different angles whilst doing multi-tasking, women have earned a reputation of leading from the front and at the same time creating the next line of leaders. Their compassion, empathy and ability to listen adds to their leadership traits.

It isn’t that they don’t question or reason for things they believe in or not, it also isn’t that they lack the substance for innovating and discovering something new, it is just that women leaders are so less that we can count them on our fingers and hence there are less stories heard about them. It is time we recite their stories and make them popular for others to follow who seek a guiding light or inspiration in their life.

In our current edition of Women Entrepreneur India Magazine, we bring to you the story of few such women leaders in our issue titled ‘Women Leaders of the Year - 2020’. Our team of experts comprising our Editorial Board and industry veterans, together spent hundreds of hours researching about the work of several women leaders and finalize shortlisted some of them to bring to you their story. Every story in itself is a source of inspiration and a ray of hope for others to follow and pave their way to becoming the next leader. The ladies who are not featured in our current issue aren’t less able, but are surely doing their way up to becoming ‘The Sunshine We all Need’.
