Walsons Securitas India Names Gauri Grover as COO

In an effort to strengthen its management team for rapid business growth and operational excellence, Walsons Securitas India has appointed Gauri Grover as its new Chief Operating Officer (COO).
Gauri is a seasoned professional with more than 16 years of experience with Securitas India, during which she has continuously played an instrumental role in helping the company consolidate its position in the market in terms of security and workforce solutions.
Gauri has been at the forefront and has launched innovative services that enhanced company’s footprint in the market and also generated impressive double digit growth in terms of revenue. Apart from leading the efforts for digital transformation and process excellence, she has also helped in building more customer-centric delivery models for better business performance.
As COO she will not only continue to look after her existing responsibilities but also take charge of Operations and Sales departments.

In her role as President HR & Business Head, she was managing a business portfolio of more than ₹250 crore and a work force of 10,000+ professionals throughout the country.
Having an extensive background in leadership roles in hospitality, finance, and security solutions sectors, Gauri has developed an exemplary career path characterized by operational excellence and transformation of organizations in a people-centric manner.
She started her professional career in Standard Chartered Bank as Team Leader – Operations, gaining valuable experience in customer operations, compliance, process management, and team leadership. She has also worked for Oberoi Hotels & Resorts, responsible for corporate training and service excellence programs. Prior to that at American Express, she was a Process Trainer, Operations with a focus on capability building and process efficiency.
In a nutshell, her professional experience encompasses P&L management, productivity enhancement, cost reduction, building an eco-system of partners and customer-centric transformation. She has spearheaded efforts to increase profitability, improve business agility, and differentiate by leveraging scalable service delivery models.
Gauri has completed her Post-Graduation in Human Resources from XLRI Jamshedpur. Having vast experience in business operations, organizational development, workforce management, digital transformation, customer experience, sales leadership, and strategic planning, she is well equipped for her role of COO to contribute towards the future success of Walsons Securitas India.
