Titan Appoints Ruma Kishore as Chief Digital Officer

- Titan Company Limited appointed Ruma Kishore as a Chief Digital and Information Officer (CDIO)
- The appointment was announced in a regulatory filing on March 25, 2026
- The appointment filing was done as per Regulation 30 of SEBI's Listing
Ruma Kishore will be taking over as the new Chief Digital and Information Officer of Titan Company Limited starting from July 1, 2026.
On March 25, 2026, Titan’s Board of Directors made their official announcement in a press release to the stock exchanges pursuant to Reg. 30 of the SEBI (Listing of Companies and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
Ruma has over 28 years of international experience with technology strategies and has vast experience with digital transformation and transforming organizations, improving their operations, and generating new revenues.
She has received many awards and accolades during her career in the IT arena and is a nationally recognized leader in IT.
The Economic Times and the Indian Express named Ruma among the "Most Beautiful Women in IT” in India; she was the first female recipient of the IIM (Indian Institute of Management) Outstanding Alumni Award from IIM (Mumbai).
In addition to her work, Kishore is actively engaged with academic institutions, serving on the Board of Governors at IIM Mumbai, mentoring ISB students (Indian School of Business), and participating in several committees associated with AICTE (All India Council for Technical Education).
