Perfios has recently announced the appointment of Veena Rao as the company's Chief Operating Officer (COO). This appointment is part of Perfios' focus on building operational scale while also growing its global business. The appointment is seen as an important pillar in supporting Perfios' execution strategy for the financial services technology sector.
Veena will be responsible for all global operations at Perfios, including improving customer service, leading initiatives for strategic growth and enhancing Perfios' overall operating infrastructure. The appointment comes as Perfios continues to expand its technology platforms and has increased its.

Bringing over 30 of experience in Banking, Consulting and Financial Technology through the establishment of large teams leading various transformation programs, Veena has held positions with ICICI Bank, PwC, Oracle and HCL Technologies throughout her career and most recently was the Chief Product Officer & Chief Operations Officer for the Corporate Banking Division with Finastra, overseeing Enterprise Banking solutions including Lending, Trade Finance and Digital Channels while managing Product, Delivery and Customer functions on an enterprise basis.
This addition comes on the heels of Nitin Chugh’s hiring as the Managing Director and Group CEO at Perfios and strengthens the senior management team as Perfios enters into its next phase of growth.
Perfios is a provider of software and data solutions to Banks, Insurers and FinTech companies, offering Onboarding, Underwriting, Analytics and Credit Decision Making. The recent addition of Veena supports the growing demand from Indian FinTech Infrastructure companies looking to expand globally.
