Kavitha Ramaiah has been appointed as the Head Director of People Development at GlobalLogic, a Hitachi Group Company to strengthen the company's talent and capability building efforts and to further enhance its leadership team, as announced by GlobalLogic.

Kavitha's new role will enable her to lead several key people programmes that include future-based skills, leadership development, and creating a culture of learning throughout the company.

The appointment is a sign of GlobalLogic's continued commitment to enhancing workforce readiness in an evolving world of digital engineering capability demand.

Kavitha will proactively facilitate developing leadership pipelines and elevating worker skills to ensure that there is alignment between the business priorities of the organisation and its talent strategy.

This role is fundamentally focused on ensuring organisational development and embedding a culture of continuous learning across multiple markets.

Kavitha has nearly 20 years of experience in human resources, working in a variety of HR leadership, business partnering and talent management roles.

Prior to re-location to GlobalLogic, Kavitha spent over seven years with Aspen Technology, where she last held the position of Senior Human Resources Manager. In that role she managed all aspects of HR initiatives within the hybrid workspace and developed the organisation’s people strategy and team effectiveness.

Before joining GlobalLogic, she was employed by Cognizant Technology Solutions as a Strategic HR Business Partner, where she was responsible for performance management, compensation planning, promotions, and employee engagement across a large tech division with over 3,500 employees.

Prior to that, she worked for Headstrong and Genisys Software where she gained HR operational and talent process experience.

GlobalLogic is a Hitachi Ltd company that provides digital engineering solutions across industries such as healthcare, financial services, automotive, and telecommunications.
