SoftwareOne Holding AG, a provider of software and cloud solutions, has appointed Shivani as the new SMB Business Head for India. With over 15 years of expertise in digital marketing, growth strategies, and technology transformation, Shivani will spearhead initiatives to support India’s small- and medium-sized businesses (SMBs), a key sector contributing nearly 30% to the country’s GDP.

Shivani will identify growth opportunities, drive technology adoption, and optimize software licensing for SMBs in her new role as SMB Business Head at SoftwareOne India.

This new appointment comes at a crucial time as businesses adjust to an AI-driven and digital economy.

Shivani emphasized that SMBs are the backbone of India’s economy and SoftwareOne is committed to providing accessible, effective, and scalable technology solutions to help them grow.

Shivani has been recognized with the Most Inspiring Women in Tech award at the Femina & Economic Times Awards for her contributions to marketing and business growth.

Prior to joining SoftwareOne, Shivani led the launch of a Technology eCommerce Portal for SMBs at Embee Software Pvt Ltd.
