Schneider Electric has appointed Arti Sharma as Vice President of Human Resources and Country HR Leader for Global Supply Chain, effective January. In the new role, Arti will lead HR strategies to support business growth and promote a globally integrated workforce.
Arti confirmed her new role on LinkedIn, announcing her appointment as Vice President of Human Resources and Country HR Leader for Global Supply Chain at Schneider Electric India.
In this role, Arti will lead the development and execution of a progressive HR strategy aligned with the company’s business objectives and growth plans.
Arti is responsible for structuring talent strategies that support long-term expansion. Her focus will also be on fostering an agile, high-performance workforce.
Arti works to establish a matrix organization environment, integrating with global stakeholders, enterprises, and regions.
Prior to her current role as VP-HR - Country HR Leader for Global Supply Chain, Arti served as HRVP and Talent Manager for Global Marketing for over seven years. She joined Schneider Electric in 2018 from India Yamaha Motor, bringing extensive experience in HR leadership, talent management, and organizational development.
