Snitch, a direct-to-consumer fashion brand that has extended its reach from menswear to women's fashion, has now acquired women's fashion brand Berrylush.

The company didn't reveal the terms of the sale. The company added in a press release that Berrylush will continue to run under its own brand, and will use the power of Snitch's product development, technology, supply chain, marketing, and omnichannel retail capabilities.

"Entering women's fashion has always been part of our long-term vision. Instead of starting from zero, we saw an opportunity to build on Berrylush's strong foundation," said Siddharth Dungarwal, founder and CEO of Snitch.

This is part of the integration, where Snitch will collaborate with Berrylush co-founder Anusha Chandrashekar and the in-house teams to drive product innovation grow its omnichannel footprint and enhance its customer journeys.

The purchase follows Snitch's $40 million Series B investment round, led by 360 ONE Asset and with other partners including existing investors IvyCap Ventures and SWC Global, which was completed a little more than a year ago. To date, the company has raised over $53 million.

Key Highlights:

  • Snitch acquires Berrylush to enter the women's fashion market
  • Berrylush retains its brand while leveraging Snitch's technology and retail network
  • Acquisition follows strong growth, with FY26 revenue reaching Rs 900 crore

The change is a result of the market for women's fashion outstripping some other fashion categories as India's disposable income is increasing, and there is an increasing shopping online and changing preferences among consumers. Snitch said the deal will enable it to access the rapidly expanding niche, and will help fast-track its long-term goal of establishing a home-grown fashion house.

"From the moment we got to know Berrylush, we saw a brand that had already earned the love and trust of its customers and built a strong identity of its own. Instead of starting from zero, we saw an opportunity to build on that foundation together," Siddharth added.

The company will be publicizing the brand-building process via regular updates on its social media channels and websites, allowing shoppers to watch the evolution of this brand-building process in real-time from the production of product concepts, to the development of the brand, to marketing and growth milestones. The move further bolsters Snitch's overall strategy of developing a portfolio of fashion brands that target various consumer segments as more and more Indian fashion brands enter the digital space.

The company's operating revenue in FY26 was Rs 900 crore, a figure that is approximately 80% ahead of the year on year figure of Rs 498 crore. Dungarwal had also added that the company's EBITDA margin was around 2%–3% in the year. It has been found that 60 percent of its sales are done online and 40 percent from stores. SNITCH had raised Rs 278 crore in 2025 through a round led by 360 One Asset, which would fund the offline expansion and broader growth strategy of the company.
