PT Kredit Utama Fintech Indonesia (RupiahCepat) is helping women-owned MSMEs through Womenpreneurship Business Bootcamp under the company’s GROW with RupiahCepat program. The bootcamp is a free program offered to selected participants to improve their abilities in building and scaling sustainable businesses. Participants will undergo training in business management, digital marketing, financial literacy, product development, business planning, and access to capital.

More than 270 applications have been received for the program from August 10 till August 22, 2026, from as many as 24 provinces. It comprises firms based in Java, Sumatra, Sulawesi, Kalimantan, Bali, Nusa Tenggara, and Maluku that make their living through culinary art, fashion, eco-crafts, and other fields. The assessment will be made on business opportunity for growth, impact on society and the environment, and sustainability in business practices.

Key Highlights:

  • RupiahCepat launches bootcamp to strengthen women-led MSME capabilities
  • Selected women entrepreneurs will receive mentoring, training, and funding support
  • Top participants will gain venture funding and opportunities to expand market reach

The bootcamp is scheduled between September 5 and October 3, 2026, where participants will receive focused training and mentorship by seasoned business practitioners. The bootcamp will also have a seasoned practitioner who has over 15 years of experience in mentoring 2,000+ MSMEs, with business development and digital marketing being his specialties.

Anna Maria Chosani, CEO of PT Kredit Utama Fintech Indonesia (RupiahCepat), says that such a high turnout clearly shows that there is an important requirement for women entrepreneurs to build up their skills in doing business. She added, “We are very pleased with the enthusiasm of female MSMEs and hope this program will provide benefits and be a solution to developing the capacity and existence of our MSMEs,”

Through this program, RupiahCepat aims to empower women-owned MSMEs with budding business prospects. Anna emphasized that enabling women-owned MSMEs to achieve sustainable growth requires a balanced approach that combines access to financing with stronger business capabilities.

“Through the GROW with RupiahCepat initiative, we want to encourage women MSMEs to strengthen their business management and development skills through learning and mentoring relevant to their business needs. This way, they can be better prepared to increase competitiveness and drive business growth,” Anna added.

With the help of mentoring sessions, participants will be able to gain knowledge that will allow them to improve business strategy, create strong brand identities, capitalize on digital marketing, and implement sustainable business growth strategies.

For the final phase, a maximum of 7-10 candidates will qualify for receiving venture capital investment of up to IDR 30 million based on having the best business plan. Furthermore, the two leading candidates will get the chance to exhibit their product in an exposition for increased visibility and market reach.

Based on statistics by the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and Ministry of Communication and Digital Affairs, females are predicted to operate 64.5 percent of the 65.5 million MSMEs in Indonesia in 2025, which will amount to about 37 million female entrepreneurs.

“We want the Womenpreneurship Business Bootcamp to be part of our ongoing efforts to encourage more women-owned MSMEs to thrive and positively impact society. Moving forward, we will continue to develop GROW with RupiahCepat by presenting relevant initiatives and supporting inclusive and impactful growth,” Anna concluded.
