Ritika Chopra Elevated to CHRO at JSW Paints

- JSW Paints has promoted Ritika Chopra as the Chief Human Resources Officer
- Prior to that, she was the Head of Human Resources for the organization
- She started her professional career as a Human Resource Leadership Associate
Ritika Chopra has been promoted to Chief Human Resources Officer by JSW Paints after having served as the Head of Human Resources for the organization since May 2014.
Ritika received her undergraduate degree in Biotechnology from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management (SIBM) and earned her MBA in Human Resources from there as well in 2013.
She began her professional career at Serum Institute of India and Intel Corporation, where she worked as an associate with the Leadership Programme’s sponsored by the Aditya Birla Group.
As part of this Programme, Ritika was also enrolled in the Human Resource Leadership Associate Programme, which provided her with one year of professional HR experience before joining Madura Fashion & Lifestyle's Retail HR Business Partner for West Zone.
Following her transition from Madura Fashion & Lifestyle to Pantaloons as Lead HR Business Partner, then Lead Talent Management Ritika spent over 5.5 years working in various HR roles with Pantaloons until she was hired at Amazon in December 2020, where she served as a Senior HR Business Partner, Senior HR Programme Manager APAC and MEA before being promoted to Senior HRBP for Prime Video India and continues in that position today.
