Mohua Das Gupta Joins Curefit as Head of Marketing

- She is an expert in creating brands and has experience in the consumer-tech and D2C industries
- Her most recent position was with Peepul Tree, where she was a Chief Growth Officer
Mohua Das Gupta is joining Curefit, where she will be the head of marketing, bringing over 18 years of experience to the table within brand development, consumer technology, and direct-to-consumer companies.
Mohua's change comes after accepting a new challenge as the leader of Curefit's marketing department and has shared her excitement about this new position on LinkedIn.
She has previously worked in e-commerce, styling, high-end fashion, and wellness as the chief growth officer at Peepul Tree; while building the marketing and growth plan for their D2C home and soft furnishing line from the idea stage to product launch.
Mohua led the way for all marketing strategies and directed a team of 10 marketing experts responsible for the full management of the Peepul Tree P&L.
She also has a long history of leadership positions held at Tata CLiQ, where she oversaw the marketing functions for their luxury, fashion and beauty areas.
Through her efforts managing the brand equity, performance and consumer retention for Tata CLiQ Luxury, Mohua created many effective marketing strategies with multimillion dollar budgets.
Some of her successful initiatives included creating creator led campaigns, launching platform intellectual property and developing significant sales events that led to a 3x increase in revenue with good margins.
Within her prior roles, she has experience leading category and brand marketing functions for Myntra's portfolio of brands including HRX, Dressberry and Anouk.
Mohua's expertise in developing a marketing strategy for brands, executing integrated marketing campaigns via digital, Traditional and Retail channels has also been gained through her time working with leading organizations such as Arvind Lifestyle Brands, Ogilvy & Mather, Amanté Lingerie and McCann Erickson.
