Maternity Wear Brand House of Zelena Raises Rs 7 Crore in Seed Round

House of Zelena, a pregnancy and postpartum wear brand, has received INR 7 crore ($800K) in a seed funding round led by Sprout Venture Partners and M Venture Partners, with the participation of GSF and other angel investors.

The total amount of funds raised by the company stands at $1.2 million, including an earlier angel round.

The money will be used by the company to enhance supply chain operations, product development, and expand its ecosystem through community efforts and technology integrations, it says.

Established in 2022 by Hina Priyadarshini and Mayank Kamal, House of Zelena creates postpartum and maternity clothing prioritizing comfort, fit, and emotional comfort.

The company creates products suited to the dynamic needs of mothers, from postpartum sculptwear leggings, bump-friendly loungewear, to leakproof innerwear.

Since its launch, the company has developed a community of over 250,000 mothers in India and creates over 45 million monthly organic impressions on its online platforms.

House of Zelena also aims to drive offline interactions through community activities and the launch of its new SafeToFeed café campaign.

In September 2025, the brand will unveil a new identity to further deepen the emotional relationship between the brand and mothers in India.
