IndoBevs Appoints Nupur Girdhar as Head of Human Resources

With the growth of IndoBevs' operations in India and globally, the company has announced that Nupur Girdhar has been appointed as Head of Human Resources.
As head of the Human Resources department and a highly respected professional with nearly 20 years of experience across several industries, Nupur will lead the development of IndoBev’s People Strategy, Organisational Development and Culture Initiatives.
The appointment demonstrates the commitment of IndoBev to developing a workforce ready for the future so that the organisation maintains growth and success going forward.
The company is considered one of the fast-moving alcoholic beverage players in India and is building greater HR capabilities as it scales operations. According to its leaders, HR will be at the forefront in enhancing talent pipelines, organisational agility, and leadership development in this scale-up phase.
Nupur has, in the past, worked in leadership roles at Citibank, Bharti Infratel, Apollo Tyres, SAR Group, and BC Jindal Group.
She has expertise in areas of talent management, succession planning, organisation design, and culture development. IndoBevs added that her cross-industry experience will support the company's continued transformation.
Nupur said in a statement that IndoBevs is at the cusp of an ambitious growth phase led by the evolution of industry. She opined that her focus will be on building a solid talent base, fostering an inclusive and agile environment, and supporting leaders as the organisation scales up.
