The curriculum consists of 15 core modules focused on developing critical leadership competencies in emotional intelligence, strategic thinking, financial knowledge, forecasting for growth, branding and selling, digital savvy, and negotiating.
Additionally, the Programme will assist participants in gaining critical skills associated with the development of teams, creative thinking, and the ability to use strategic decision-making when leading an organisation through an AI and digital transformation process.
The Programme Director and MDP Chairperson, Madhumita Chakraborty, stated that the Empower Programme is committed to improving women leaders' confidence and skills to make impactful contributions to society and improve their companies' overall business performance.
The curriculum uses a variety of learning techniques, including the application of actual case studies, the use of simulation exercises and the performance of self-reflective style assignments, to improve the quality of participants' strategic decision-making and the effectiveness of their leadership abilities.

The programme will include live sessions, projects, leadership clinics, mentorship, and peer learning to help women professionals tackle organizational issues and advance their careers.”
