- Hyderabad has emerged as the newest hub for women's economic empowerment with the successful completion of Aspire For Her's flagship SheExports program
- The event was held at WeHub, Telangana's finest innovation and incubation facility for women
- The programme provides women enterprises with the tools, insights, and networks required to scale up into international markets
Hyderabad hosted a momentous occassion for women's economic empowerment recently, as Aspire For Her brought the seventh edition of its flagship SheExports program to a close at WeHub, Telangana's leading innovation hub.
After meaningful sessions in Mumbai, Bengaluru, Delhi, Pune, Ahmedabad, and Chandigarh, this edition saw more than 60 aspiring women entrepreneurs committed to going global with their businesses. Structured in strategic collaboration with SEED and backed by world fintech leader Payoneer, the program gave the participants the resources, the information, and the networks necessary to grow on a global level.
Conducted on the topic "Funding and Scaling Globally?", the event involved an engaging panel discussion with industry experts such as Mansi Sheth (Abyro Capital), Zaran Bhagwagar (Biome), and Manasi Chaudhari (Numen Law Offices) in conversation with Priyanka Kamath (100 GIGA). Topics included venture capital funding, legal preparedness for cross-border growth, SaaS model localization, and defining opportunities in AI and services that can be scaled.
Mansi Sheth focused on visionary and tenacious founders, while Gaurav Shisodia of Payoneer spoke to the program's effectiveness in enabling women-led businesses to grow internationally, with Season 1 realizing 17 percent of graduates to have achieved international growth.
Aspire For Her founder Madhura DasGupta Sinha reconfirmed the initiative's goal to bring 1 million women into India's formal economy in 2025 and 10 million by 2030. While India remains stuck at a female workforce participation rate of below 20 percent, SheExports will fill essential gaps in access to global markets, cross-border financial literacy, and international business networks.
With a strong follow-up system consisting of mentorship, carefully curated global meetups, and intensive workshops, Aspire For Her is scaling SheExports to more cities—setting the stage for a future where women entrepreneurs from India can take center stage confidently on the global map.
